Terrible hotel.
How are they opening our room door without consent while we were sleeping inside? And they woke us up because they needed to change all the locks!
How does it make any sense at all. They invaded our privacy and then starting banging at our door to change the locks!
Worst hotel experience ever!

If you?re looking for somewhere to rest your head and nothing else then this is perfect as long as you?re travelling alone and don?t mind about the heat in summer or noisey traffic. However, the family rooms are the size of a postage stamp, the windows hardly open (not that u want them open because of the traffic noise!) there?s no air conditioning in the rooms at all. The tv is basic terrestrial only. And as for the food, if you can call it that, the breakfast buffet is lukewarm at best unless you are first up, the dinners are either poorly cooked or reheated (how they manage to make garden peas turn to rubber I can?t figure out but they did!) However O?Neills is just around the corner so food isn?t really an issue at night because they are amazing!!!
Really would not recommend this location for anything other than a place to sleep at night in winter.

Reasonable price for the area, modern & large room with all needed comforts, friendly staff, central location, good amenities including on-site restaurant. Next door there's a mini-mart and around the neighborhood plenty of pubs, restaurants, cafes...

Rooms are okayish, but compared to the price paid, not sure if there aren?t better options around. Price to value ratio meh.
First had a room with a malfunctioning window which was always open and couldn?t be closed as the cable / mechanism was broken. Moved to another room which overall looked nicer and not as used. Breakfast is there, yep, but no cheese or ham at all available.
Booked wifi, which didn?t come by email due to our internal booking system. Was quite an effort to get it ?

An easy walk from the Maidenhead Railway Station. Comfortable room with a fan (we were in the middle of an English heatwave). However, the kitchen must have been having a bad morning catering for the breakfast period today ?.

It was a boiling night but they had opened the window and put a fan in, and everyone was so lovely. They saved my glasses which I left behind and sorted out gettting them to me. Faisal was particularly kind.

Our room was hotter than a sauna in Djibouti. Unfortunately, the window only opened an inch and right by the window there was a bright light so we had to keep curtain closed.
Staff were pleasant. Good value. I should have checked they had AC.

Great service from the staff. I was on the 4th floor. Room great value - basic but a comfortable bed, quiet and clean. Shower pressure could be better but it was fine. Breakfast was good value for a big selection offered and the quality of it. Overall, a great stay and great value.

Stayed here semi regularly, Rooms are clean but worn, currently there is building works going on next door so if you end up with a room that side it can be noisy. Staff have been helpful and friendly every visit.

The first room was very noisy from traffic and people talking outside. The second room had an awful smell, so we refused it. The last room we slept in on our second night was fine.
