OK - got what I needed -I came in to get a click and collect order - first in the queue - three staff on the tills then one got up and decided to do some stock taking - she said I would be served in in a minute - 10 mins later I was served and the staff were so miserable .The ordering was fine but the personal experience was poor .Give me Screwfix everyday ! I only went to Toolstation because they had stock today rather than waiting until tomorrow

Shopped for first time yesterday! Nick couldn?t have been more helpful, I?m a middle aged woman with NO idea & he went the extra mile to show me what I needed ! Absolutely first class! Thank heavens there is still great customer service out there! Well done Toolstation !!

Saturday afternoon trying to finish a job.Walked into store and the staff had already shut down the tills and were waiting to run out of the door @17:50.I was told that they were closedClosing time is 18:00

They are friendly and helpful and normally have a good stock level. There are carpark spaces outside the store.

Lou and Jas did a great job hunting down something that was showing in stock but missing from the shelf, so that I was able to get the job done. You definitely would not win a game of hide and seek in this store ! Thanks for the positive, happy attitude and great customer service.

I ordered on line, click and collect, the item was in stock but when I went to the store it they couldn't give it to me because the computer wouldn't let them. I went home and got a text an hour later to go back and pick it up. I'll go to Screwfix next time.

I have been buying from Maidenhead Toolstation since they opened. Pricing is as good as Screwfix and stock levels too. The biggest issues is the website is really not a patch on Screwfix. Need to be able to search for things more granularly. The search in general needs a complete overhaul.Despite the websites weakness I find most things but I am sure others will not.Completely rebuild the website and it would be 5 stars. :)
