I didn't actually have an appointment, I needed a hair trim & a little tidying up.
From walking in to having my hair done to leaving, I had a great experience. So pleased with my hair & the ladies were lovely and listened to what I wanted.

OK, so overall Salon experience, friendliness hair wash & massage all as hoped/expected 8/10.
For a Gents cut & finish, when coming to Toni & Guy over a Barber you expect Salon expertise, in cutting, thinning, shaping, texturing etc...I really didn't feel my Junior Hair Stylist had the right level of experience for a £35 hair cut and the cut didn't really warrant a 50% marked up fee from a traditional and highly rated local Barber. I didn't say so at the time, in fact I gave a £5 tip..the haircut was IMHO average at best!...I'm not in the business of upsetting or managing Toni & Guy staff, not my job!..I doubt she earns that much either....Disappointing that IF I return, and that's unlikely, that I'm led to ask for a Senior Stylist at £40-£45 or even £50, just because a Junior isn't up to standard - 6/10 overall T&G

From the moment I walked in it felt like a very relaxing and pleasant experience. The salon itself is beautiful and the coffee was great too. Especially after a long day!
Jonathan really listened to me, he?s very thorough and you can tell he?s a perfectionist. I?ve had many bad experiences in different salons but I trusted he would be great and he exceeded my expectations!
He was very considerate and did exactly what I asked for! I will 100% go back. Thank you so much, Jonathan :)

Lily was my stylist, and she was absolutely fantastic! Super patient, attentive, and gave me a great haircut. I was on a tight budget today and couldn?t tip her right away, but I truly appreciated her work. She definitely deserves recognition!

My first time coming to Maidenhead, I wish I came sooner. Right from the beginning to the end, I had an amazing service and experience. From being scared to go to the hair dressers to feeling so confident and that?s all thanks to Leah. Shes so lovely, and listened to exactly what I wanted, and gave the best advice my hair was looking so healthy and exactly how I wanted it she made me feel beautiful again especially as I?m 5months PP.
