Very pleasant, well spoken and helpful member of staff (Rimza) who went out of her way to help today. Normally staff do not look to pleased to see a customer but she greeted with a smile & although one particular item was not available she pointed me to the right direction. Very happy with the good service she provided and some other staff can learn from her customer service & general helpful, cheerful attitude and take interest in her job and products being sold. Keep up the good work Rimza. Many thanks.

I was just served by Lucio and impressed with his customer service, he was very polite and friendly with a lovely smile on his face, i am a regular at the Taplow branch and the customer service is average but today i was pleasantly surprised and impressed, thankyou Lucio- :)
