“Arrived Sat 23/3/24 to discover that my locking wheel nut removing thing was missing. Five staff helped search the car, but to no avail. I explained I had to leave at 9.30 to get to Birmingham. They made an urgent call to get someone to come and remove the locking wheel nuts. The entire team worked together so that as one wheel nut was removed, the tyres were replaced. We left 5 mins ahead of schedule. Unbelievably brilliant service. Any management reading this should know that the excellent team bring customers back.”
