I was very positively surprised because the key I had made elsewhere was not cut precisely and didn?t work. I came here with this problem, and the gentleman cut a new key for me completely free of charge as part of the complaint, so I highly recommend this place!

My wife took in a pair of brown Chukka boots for non slip soles to be fitted. It was made a more difficult task as they also had Gel Soles but I have to say these guys are genius. Truly fantastic job, really happy with finish. Highly recommended.

Well what can I say? It was definitely pure luck I looked up as I was passing yesterday 30/06/2021 and saw this shop as my intentionwas to go to Timpson, I went in to speak to a very kind gentleman about my daughters shoes?which I bought for her just 2 months ago ,very good brand I thought Sketches only for her to come home with both the soles coming away.I explained to the said gentleman and he kindly told me he's not going to start touching it but advised me to take it back to the shop for a refund or exchange.I may have looked baffled as one I don't think this was even possible and two I felt he was turning away my business.I took his advice and went to my very surprised I got a full refund without many questions asked .I am blown away and have spoken to the gentleman this morning thanking him kindly .I now highly recommend anyone having issues with their shoes your one stop shop is D Martin.Sir I think you wholeheartedly!!

D Martin brilliantly rescued a much loved pair of sandals and they now look as good as new and are strong enough to last a few more summers. I highly recommend D Martin for shoe repairs and it is great to support one of the few local businesses left on Maidenhead's high street.

Excellent shop. My shoes needed some odd leather soled areas protecting from getting wet and becoming slippery. Odd shaped sole areas are now all covered to perfection. Would recommend them to 6 stars rating. Thank you.

D Martin Shoe Repairs always provides a great customer experience and fast turn around. I put a pair of shoes in for re heel and sole just before Lockdown 3. With the restrictions, shop was closed and, as I was working from home anyway, the shoes sat there for a couple of months. I recently contacted the shop by email to arrange a collection and was delighted to find that John would do a doorstep drop off for me. This was awesome service, given the current situation. Workmanship on shoes was excellent - they are like new! Great communication throughout the whole process and a very high level of service. Thoroughly recommend.
