Not a good attitude! I have been a customer of 3Mobile for 15 years, but in return for my loyalty I received rude treatment. I am 60 years old and need help with technology, not ridicule or arrogance from the young service staff! I paid large amounts every month and they should respect me as a customer

A very young lady said she wouldn't serve me, so out of ignorance she sent me to another city. Wasting time and money. She called me old and is being rude to me. I don't like her and I have the right to be served by someone else. This 19-year-old with dark long hair shouldn't offend me. Just because I'm from Poland doesn't mean I can't use the salon. Fortunately, from God, the manager is a wonderful and cordial person who is super helpful, as are the other employees. Who also have a heart for foreigners. I can't understand how she could call me old... I hope that one day someone will treat me that way too. You can see that he is still learning, so we are not always wise. But calling people names and laughing at where you come from because you can't speak the language perfectly. This is disrespect, razism, insult.. I do not recommend this young, inexperienced person. For what the rest of the guys are - the best service in town. Thank you for being here..

On the first floor of the Three shop, there was a centre, where a lovely and dedicated lady called Christine I believe, helped me and my husband navigate in the use of smartphones/tablets.

Our experience at this store has been great. The store manager Mohammad has been nothing short of amazingly helpful and sharing helpful tips loads more than we expected! It?s been amazing. Vithu was also very helpful in getting our contract setup and sorted and both of them are extremely efficient and patient!Really a wonderful experience at every visit.

Since 2017 I'm struggling to understand them. All the time they have a reason for bad signal, bad connection. They said they are improving them service but nothing good happens. They should be fair with the customers, if you go for a new contract they will tell you they have the last 5G broadband and the best prices but they should be aware they have real problems in some areas with the signal. Broadband from Three is very weak, probably the worst if compared with other providers.
