Our experience at this store has been great. The store manager Mohammad has been nothing short of amazingly helpful and sharing helpful tips loads more than we expected! It?s been amazing. Vithu was also very helpful in getting our contract setup and sorted and both of them are extremely efficient and patient!Really a wonderful experience at every visit.

Since 2017 I'm struggling to understand them. All the time they have a reason for bad signal, bad connection. They said they are improving them service but nothing good happens. They should be fair with the customers, if you go for a new contract they will tell you they have the last 5G broadband and the best prices but they should be aware they have real problems in some areas with the signal. Broadband from Three is very weak, probably the worst if compared with other providers.

The staff here were pretty great and helpful. Its a shame that the network has been rubbish on my phone. I now suspect they're throttling my SIM card as it's constantly slow. I ask for help and the phone support send me to the store for a new SIM which fixes the issue up until I get home. Rinse and repeat.

Tried to ask if they could help me out with my phone because it won't connect to snapchat and the employee said because my phone is too old it won't work so I said it don't work on my Samsung s10 either and then tried to sell me a contract phone and sim and was saying how good the new phones are and I don't like them

I needed to get attached to my 3 apps so I could check my bills .they did not help I am tech. .inded.i think assumptions are made that every one is..I am now too embarrassed to go back in. I think once you have bought a phone then you are left too it

Generally the service is friendly and good. The classes have not started yet which is a bit disappointing as could do with some face to face learning. Hope it happens soon
