I've booked several holidays through the Hays Travel Maidenhead branch, and I can't praise the team enough. Every member of staff is fabulous, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and are always happy to price match internet deals, which makes booking with them even more worthwhile.
Their customer service is second to none, and it's clear they genuinely care about finding the best options for you. Whether you're planning a quick getaway or a big family holiday, I highly recommend visiting this branch ? you won?t be disappointed!

I had the pleasure of being dealing with Lee, initially via email discussing about travel money. After a few conversations on the phone and email, he was able to secure a good rate which was good for me. We visited the shop to collect the travel money where it was handled with efficiency and politeness. After a short time we was on our way ready for our holiday. A huge thanks to Lee for sorting this out so quickly and will be happy to use again.

Absolutely pointless.
Travel agent had to be repeatedly told what we wanted, and then just looked up on the tui Web page, which I could've done at home.
Can underway people don't bother with travel agents anymore. The family before us left with the same poor experience.
Went home and within 10 minutes found what we were looking for.
Poor customer service, poor product knowledge and a waste of time. Avoid and search the Internet dor yourself.

On Thursday I had made an appointment to see a travel consultant at 9.15am this morning (Saturday). Hays failed to turn up for the appointment or notify me of any issues. One hour wasted. I certainly won't waste my time trying to do business with Hays
