Brilliant store. Lots of quality furniture & upcycled furniture & all proceeds go to Thames Hospice.

My new favourite shop! The furniture here is amazing and there's something for everyone. The prices are incredible and can't be beaten. I have visited twice and the staff were very friendly both times. It seems like the store has a high turnover of furniture every week so if you can't find what you're looking for I'd check in again. The delivery was easy to arrange and the guys were very friendly

Terrible customer service. Only been in twice both times when going to buy items they've said they're checking ebay and hiked the price by a large percentage I.e from £3 to £10. And from £3 to £15.

Very nice and helpful stuff. We like to shop here regularly, they always have something interesting to offer. But one of the drivers has been very rude and shouted to my old father and that's the only reason why we would prefer not going back that often. No one should be rude to an older person like that. That was completely unnecessary. Thankfully the rest of the staff behaved much better and offered us a good solution.

So impressed with the up-cycled furniture for sale at the Thames Hospice Home Store. They look brand new but at such reasonable prices. Great to know the money is going to a good cause and the furniture isn't going to landfill.

Woe betide if the goods you wish to donate don't meet their exacting standards. I drove over from WIndsor with a car full of small furniture items only to be told 'we can't take things we won't be able to sell.' All items were in good condition and from a smoke free home. Apart from one painted cabinet which may not have been to everyon'e taste, there was nothing wrong with any of the other items. It would be useful if there was further guidance on the website if items from the 80s and 90s are going to be refused, or perhaps this was down to the receptionist's personal taste? What an upsetting waste of time and fuel at what was already a stressful time clearing my parent's home. We will be cancelling the regular donation my husband had set up with you and donate elsewhere in future.
