Asked what I was looking for .. big smile found it straight away. Found out he was a manager from another member of staff. She said he was new to being a manager but was really a good manager.

Only issue I have seen quite a bit was the chillers being broken, however you can just walk to a corner store 1 minute away for essential items like milk.”

“The manager, Sam, he is so polite and friendly.. Before I entered sainsbury, underneath the bridge next to sainsbury local I got racism, and then my emotion was full of anger and feel really hopeless. And I bought vape which was I shouldn't buy because I stop smoking.. but Sam he supported me and he also made me clam and peace with his warm words. I felt really relieved and thankful a lot.
His words were very comforting to me. Thank you so much Sam. And if you are in danger, I think this is one solution ask to help without facing with racists or weirdo....”
