"On 07/01/25 at 2:15 PM, we ordered two foot-long sandwiches, one tuna and one ham, without drinks. We had to pay £15 in cash, but the man did not give us a receipt. However, the advertised price in the window for two foot-longs was only £12. We will not visit this Subway restaurant again."

Weirdly argumentative. Told explicitly if choose from set menu have to have it exactly as it is; can't change it. Every customer almost told off when they asked to alter their order (e..g can you take this away or change sauce etc).
Just a weirdly hostile and not customer friendly approach - nearly every single customer seemed pi**ed off by end of ordering. Not sure why rated so highly on Google, maybe just all fam and friends reviews as why else would you leave a review for subway unless bad experience

I recently visited Maidenhead Subway Extra, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, friendly atmosphere, and the exceptional service only added to the experience. What really stood out to me was the variety of halal options available. It's not easy to find fast-food places that cater so thoughtfully to diverse dietary needs, but Subway Extra went above and beyond to ensure everyone could enjoy their delicious offerings.
The food, as always, was fresh and flavorful. The sandwiches were made to perfection, with a wide selection of fresh vegetables, sauces, and, of course, those delicious halal meats. Whether you're craving a classic sub or something more adventurous, there's no shortage of choices. It was a relief to have so many options that accommodated my dietary restrictions without compromising on taste or quality.
What made the experience even more outstanding was the impeccable management of Manish, the store manager. Manish truly goes above and beyond in his role, ensuring that every customer leaves happy and satisfied. During my visit, the restaurant was quite busy, yet he managed everything with a calm and professional demeanor. His attention to detail, from keeping the store clean and organized to ensuring each customer was taken care of, was remarkable.
It?s clear that Manish takes pride in his work and cares deeply about customer satisfaction. Even with the large number of customers coming in he maintained a level of service. Thank you will visit again soon.

Very nice customer service ?I'm pregnant and customers in front of me made me to wait longer but the guy who was serving me was very kind and smiley and I get free cookie for my waiting time. It was so nice ?? He made a food quick for me and with special care. thank you Subway? I will definitely recommend Subway Maidenhead store ??

Rude staff. I ordered a foot long chicken teriyaki, the sandwich literally had 4 slices of cucumber and 4 slices of pepper. Worst subway ever.
