The shop is ok but one member of what I assume is a staff member and not an owner?, has no manners at all. Doesn?t say hello back which is rude and didn?t say please when he stated the price of the item I was purchasing and didn?t say thank you either. One word, 80p was all I got from him. Very ignorant, I?ve had enough of these shops being rude when they?re there to run a business with customers & take our money. He was ignorant to the lady in front of me too. You?re taking our money, where? are your social skills?!

Spoke to a very helpful and friendly lady on the phone when I called to ask about getting an International Driving Permit (IDP). I assume it was the woman who works in the Post Office section as she is mentioned very positively in other reviews. She also clarified everything I needed to bring in. I then went in later to get the IDP and the guy at the desk who served me was very professional and efficient. Good experience.

Where?s zero stars when you need it huh? The guy who seems to always be working there is an absolute doughnut, doesn?t use his initiative at all. Went in to buy a drink to get change for a bus. Not only did he make me miss the bus and have to wait an hour for another but also he was nowhere to be seen after I got to the counter and just went off out the back for like 10 mins. No apology and just shrugged his shoulders. Once I made my purchase he started scanning parcels that weren?t even mine!! Finally I made my purchase and left swiftly saying ?I know it?s Monday but come on mate wake up!? Customers were waiting behind me. I would avoid this rip off merchant unless you want to use the post office part then the lady is lovely

Owner of this place like to make customers wait outside in -2 degree weather for no reason. Apparently if there?s more than 4 people in this shop he has a man period from his backside. Owners the type of guy to make his ugly wife and pathetic kids wait outside his own house. Lady at the post office is good though.?
