really nice experience, the gentlemen with long hair really helped with my sons shoes, lovely person, and staff was fast with checking me out, only wish the stairs were easier to access but can't change that!

I recently visited Sports Direct and had a disappointing experience. The staff member I interacted with was quite rude and unhelpful. When I purchased items, I wasn?t informed about the extra charge for a bag, which was unexpected. Additionally, after paying for my items, I had to wait for about 5 to 10 minutes at the counter because there was no one available to assist me. Despite asking for help, no one came to the counter, and this delay made me late to pick up my kids from school. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I hope the store can improve its customer service in the future. I would give 0 stars if I could

Been trying to get through on phone all day disgusted. I am disabled .Been trying to find out if my order ready for collection.They can't pick up the phone.Disgustung customer service.The shop is depressing staff are quite nasty.No wonder everyone shops on line now

I wish if I can give it zero stars, had a terrible customer service from the store manager (blonde lady with glasses) she shouted and literally screamed at us including a child while we tried to do an exchange. Definitely not recommending this store at all.

Very rude lady asking the owner of a assistant dog to pick his dog up when she don?t know what disabilities Customer he has she even couldn?t be bothered to check the markings such as dog harness or lead with assisted dog written on it clearly discrimination to the highest level

I would rate ?0? if the option was there! Absolutely disgusting customer service from the blonde female manager with glasses! Very bad attitude, failed to smile or even make eye contact, dismissive from the start, cannot believe the way she spoke and even swore! I?ve received some great service from other Sports Direct stores but the Maidenhead store is probably the worse not just a Sports Direct store but a store in general! All because she was not trained to do a refund, had a full blown row with me which led to me also getting irate, later popped to Sports Direct Banbury as was heading that way who were very pleasant and friendly and completed the refund there and then! The lady in Maidenhead has no customer service skills, I will also be taking this to my social media networks and will let my friends and family in Maidenhead know about the way I was treated and ask for them to boycott the store! Reading the reviews there is a clear pattern and it shows that she has treated others the same, if she?s not happy working in retail then maybe she should leave rather than speaking to people like dirt! Disgusting disgusting disgusting!!!

a small shop lacking suffient stock when coming to workout equiptment.but that alone is not the issue, the bigger issue is the poor customer service experienced.The attitude of the manager today was dismissive and lacked even basic customer service manners.when questioned about how during a entire week we attempted to call the shop repeatedly without answer the response was "we don't answer the phone when we busy with customers in the shop"She blatently said that if you are not a walk in she is not interested.No apology, just attitude and poor tone.we can all understand the shop being busy, but i would expect over a scope of the week they can't be that busy and there is no reason for them not to be suitable staffed enough to answer the phone to answer a basic inquiry.
