The manager, Sam, he is so polite and friendly.. Before I entered sainsbury, underneath the bridge next to sainsbury local I got racism, and then my emotion was full of anger and feel really hopeless. And I bought vape which was I shouldn't buy because I stop smoking.. but Sam he supported me and he also made me clam and peace with his warm words. I felt really relieved and thankful a lot.
His words were very comforting to me. Thank you so much Sam. And if you are in danger, I think this is one solution ask to help without facing with racists or weirdo....

Very rude staff, tried to make out I was buying alcohol for a minor and tried to tell me I had to leave even though I said many times I we both had ID all because my girlfriend didn?t have Signal so she had to go out and was making me look very silly think you guys definitely need to re train your staff before you come and attack customers the women?s name was Genevieve I think very rude staff honestly. And the manager was a joke

Good 5 quid meal deal = main + snack + drink (eg big can Monster). Friendly staff.

I entered the store with a service animal to get a bottle of water. I walked past a member of staff and security who didn?t say anything. When I got to the back of the store the security guard thought it would be a good idea to shout Oi Oi Oi at me from across the store rather than walking up to me and having a polite conversation. I explained she was a service animal and he said he doesn?t care. Thinking about legal avenues now.

Something is wrong with workers at Sainsbury?s I guess, today I asked a worker 5 time where can I find ?thing I wanted? , she just says ?there? and I checked 5 times all shelves in detail, and last time when I asked she just said ?we don?t have it?. Is it ok to work like this?
I wish Sainsbury?s work better on services, or at least just install self-checkout system!

Witnessed a male cashier verbally bullying a female staff member. She was trying to move stock around behind him and he was trying to get past. He barked EXCUSE ME about 4 times in a rude and aggressive manner and she was crying. He had already been horrible to her a few minutes before when she asked him something. If I saw this in the 3 minutes I was in the queue I?d hate to think what a whole shift is like for her. I?ve read other google reviews about bullying here so senior managers need to address this. The bully in question here was a young Chinese man. Don?t know his name.

Always use this place for quick essentials. Don't expect to full shop as only a local one. Slightly more expensive than going to the big sainsburys

Very RUDE lady cashier...just today March 08,2023 at around 08:30..after paying I asked her politely I think you overcharged me She answers me that's the only thing I can put through to the till....I told her that I think you mishearing me Ma'am...then she repeated again same words before ..and she's almost shouting at me...I don't like to make a big deal I just let it go...I went to another staff member (a guy with long hair Sainsbury's need more people like him)...and explained to him what happened He apologized and helped me right away and refunded me and He apologized again...I thanks the guy appreciated for being kind and helpful... Management should look into it...this woman has an ISSUE...some customer are not like me....it could be different story what happened today....Peace to everyone

I would really appreciate if a store manager could pick this up, please. I visited the store on 14th Feb at 2.45pm and was ?served? by a very rude young guy. He didn?t acknowledge me at all, just scanned my items looking rather annoyed, and as soon as I tapped my card, he left the till area and walked away. I waited there a couple of minutes, as I didn?t know if the transaction was completed, then he passed by so I asked if the transaction was okay. He simply replied ?yeah? and again walked away. I was horrified at his rude attitude and I don?t care if he was having a bad day or if that?s the normal way he deals with customers, but one thing for sure is that no one with such a bad attitude and appalling customer service should be behind a till or working in a customer service environment. He even didn?t give me a receipt nor he gave me the opportunity to ask for it! I am speechless.
