Very nice since the refurb. Ample parking, great experience. Good prices, and quality, when compared to ASDA. Now, with the Nectar prices, it's even better value! Fantastic staff, very helpful. My preferred shop now, better value than ASDA or Tesco.

Not sure what the issue is with this store as never encountered any persistent problems at the Maidenhead store. Its the norm for this store's shelves to be empty of eggs and organic full fat milk. It seems always understaffed. No one to slice bread in the instore bakery today.

Bunch of idiots!!! how can you make some wait 4 hours for home shopping delivery and it doesn't even come .Then I had to ring customer service because they cant be even bothered to contact me.
I rang them and I asked what's going on with my delivery but they don't have a clue about my order ?. Incompetent management never seen worse in my life!!!!.
Stay away from this Sainsbury's if you want to do home shopping delivery!!!!!!
Now I have to wait for even next day delivery or refund what waste of my time it would off been quicker if I went and got shopping by myself.
