There is a lot of variety! A good supermarket with a selection of men's, women's and children's clothing, with more basic clothing. It also has kitchen and bathroom utensils. Reasonable prices. Well located with parking.

Absolute nightmare combined with the car park. As a first time visitor car park signs suggested to me that the store itself was on floors 3 and 4. Infact it's on the ground floor, as some lifts weren't working I had to use the trolley walk ways which were awkward for someone disabled. It took me 1/2 hour to actually reach the store as I moved my car up to floor 3 only to find I then had to get down again! I couldn't get a refund for my ticket in the store as I had used my Ring go app despite the proof of payment it provides. I will never use this store again and am not impressed by Sainsbury?s in general!

This place is fine until you try to leave the store and then get ambushed by charity muggers who endlessly harass customers.

Usually I?m not one to complain however today I got served by ivona on the Tobacco tills she was so so rude and unprofessional all I asked for was a price check on one of the items which was a duvet and how much it would be with my discount card when I asked her to just repeat the price again she states ?don?t you know your maths ? and starts huffing. Like excuse me how bloody rude is this and is this how you speak to your customers. She was just smirking away and when I asked for her manager she started saying how I was rude to her first lol. Such bad professionalism.

Got overcharged at the checkout (where nobody was working) and when I spoke to a member of staff they told me to go and ask someone else. I walked to the back of the store to ask a lady about my items and she told me she?s not dealing with it because it?s time to go home at 3 mins before closing. People wonder why companies want to get rid of staff and get self checkouts

They did not refund parking by saying Ringo parking is not applicable. There was no directions on it.
