I can highly recommend Roman's Maidenhead, they were professional and helpful throughout the process of selling our house. As an overseas seller it was a bit nerve-wracking but Warren handled everything for us with excellent communication at every step. Move manager Kelsee was also a great help seeing us through the conveyancing process :)

I highly recommend Roman real estate agents, because their work attitude and efficiency are very high, and they arrange everything very honestly. The person I particularly want to mention here is George Steedman, who is a very responsible person who ensures that he can reply to every call or message and won't let you wait. I just sold my house in Roman, and the whole project was very pleasant. I highly recommend the Roman real estate agency of Maidenhead.

Was recommended Romans Estate agents via a friend and neighbour who sold there property through Romans. Had great pleasure dealing with Warren Hendry from residential sales very professional and prompt and considering I was overseas for a lot of the time Warren made sure I was kept up to date with the sale and was always available to talk at short notice. Our current property is managed by Romans and just wanted to highlight the excellent service I have received from Denise Hurn. She helped us recently when we had a leak and lost electricity, she kept checking in that we were ok and that it was fixed!Excellent

A+++ - Highly recommended!Looking to rent initially and then sell my property through Roman's Maidenhead who are by far the most reliable, trustworthy and hardworking estate agents around. Notably, Jacob (sales), Charlie (lettings) and especially Warren (sales). Warren and others are highly knowledgeable of the market, easy to communicate with and also available (which is hugely important) but most of all, they are patient and understanding. Warren is certainly a professional and definitely manager material. The team are always there to help their clients without the need for agreed unlike other estate agents in the area.

I would have rated them higher as they were probably the best estate agents that I've ever dealt with, however there were two issues I have when dealing with them- one was situationtional, however, one may affect other renters.Ensure that you check the contract properly. It is illegal for landlords/ estate agents to enforce a cleaning fee as of 2019 (I believe that is the right year). I didn't know that until after we spent £300 on cleaning.Also, standard practice, but take pictures of the rented property before and after you leave. the people they use for inventory are liars. Despite the check out clerk saying that he didn't need to see our cleaning receipt as he could tell that everything had been professionally cleaned, he then dragged us in the checking out document that it wasn't cleaned and literally picked up on minor pieces of dirt- THAT HE DRAGGED IN ON HIS SHOES!Romans then wante us to pay over £400 cleaning for a 1 bedroom flat (this was months after we moved out and the new tennants had already moved in btw), and we literally had to argue and show case our evidence for them to drop it!The insulting thing about this scenario. The flat was dirty when we moved in, why does Romans allows for landlords to take advantage of this? Clearly a bit of s shady practice.
