I forgot to ask the staff name. The shortcut hair staff, she was so kind and also long hair staff also kind as well. They explained well when I was so confused about screw even though they were busying. Thank you so much you guys made my day better !

Thank you Wendy for helping me put batteries into my purchase which I had tried and failed to do. She coud not have been more helpful and friendly.When I returned to buy more, both Wendy and another young colleague assisted in the same way. Due to arthritis , I lack some movement in my hands and assistance was great.
