The staff were really nice to me yesterday about my puppy! He kept trying to mark and they were so nice about it even though I felt so guilty. The stock is really nice and the service. The range of animals on offer to buy are always nice, they seem really cared for unlike some pet stores, always fresh bedding and toys etc. The chinchilla range is perfect for my fur baby too!

Just visited the store with my 3 month old pup looking for a new harness. Was given the best possible service by two women who helped me find the perfect harness for my puppy and even helped to put it on her! Thank you for going above and beyond ??

Today I had a great experience at Pets at Home in Maidenhead. I was on the hunt, no pun intended, for a good litter tray for our kitten. Emy, one of the shop employees, noticed that I looked like someone who needs help (because I did) and helped me choose the best tray for our needs. She also gave me some tips for maintenance which I very much appreciated. A 5 star service deserves a 5 star review. Thank you!

Huge store, super friendly staff. Can use a bit more staff considering the size. Carries many brands but not my favourite ones. Highly recommended for a one stop shop for all your pet needs
