Five stars for the staff. Excellent and friendly. Three stars for only two cashier tills available at such a busy branch. Update, this has now been reduced to one cashier.. I get most people bank online now, but sometimes you just want a face to face interaction.. Plus not everyone has online banking, especially of a certain generation, and as most of the smaller local branches have closed then even more important to offer those customers a cashier faculty. Especially when many of your customers are loyal long term. It's not the branches fault as the staff are amazing, it's the greedy corporate head office so they can have their golden unworthy bonuses at the expense of their customers journey.

Not open on a saturday anymore! Not good Natwest! Some people cant get to the bank weekdays and you cannot do everything online!!!

Waited to be seen for 20 minutes, in which time I observed a masterclass in appalling customer service. The couple in front had come in following the death of their elderly mother, having reported the death to the bereavement team a week earlier. They?d since had a letter demanding some form of payment to the deceased person. The NatWest staff member was defensive and kept focussing on process. ?We?re not insensitive? she said a few times. The staff here urgently need customer service training as they way it was handled made a bad situation even worse. The issue that I came i to resolve, a signature requirement as part of a mortgage, couldn?t be managed in the branch.

I have seen only three staff members on the ground floor, waiting for long time to see about the business. Shame it will close down on the high street soon, all the signs here

They are helpful but you have to queue for ages and it feels like your queuing to board a plane. It?s still a good bank tho because the staff *are* helpful and kind
