Absolute joke waiting for food because it seems the delivery side takes priority over paying customers in store? eventually got food which was hot and tasty but when sitting down to eat with my family the place filled with school kids who had no intention of buying anything and taking up all the tables and then shouting and swearing before being asked to leave by a lack lustre security guard who then vanished when adults came in shouting and swearing at each other? eventually police turned up by which point most had got word and left the store. Absolutely shocking for a 5 year old to have to witness and this was only 6.30pm so not even late.

Todayat 15:00 the cleaner was not cleaning she just looked around and tables dirty and the lady of African origin just had a attitude and not doing her job which is cleaning customers cleaning the table with tissue requested from her she watching customers cleaning the table. I was watching her for like 20 min she was playing with the gloves fiddling around playing with the dustbin wasting time emptying empty bins please replace with someone who actually will maintain customer service and hygiene maintenance.

Just an average McDonald's, best to avoid school finishing times and early evenings as there's kids everywhere. Only 1 security on the door doesn't cut it.

Placed an order yesterday online, took my money for the food but No food was delivered, mcdonald's in maidenhead NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, WHICH IS A TOTAL JOKE WHEN YOUR TRYING TO MAKE A COMPLANT AND FIND OUT WHY I DIDNT GWT MY FOOD.
