Very helpful staff and easy process for sending parcels.much better than the main post office- I prefer coming here. We kindly request that a post office be established here or we would like to to request the opening of post office in this area.

I was using this shop to send my yodel deliveries however I?ll take them elsewhere, as the lady that served me the last time was one of the rudest individuals I?ve come across. The effort it took her to come out from the back of the shop was evident from the huffing. She never spoke a word to me effectively snatching the package from my hand, slapping the label onto it and the throwing the keypad at me. She had no problem in speaking to her friend behind me about her package whilst ?attempting to serve me?. The whole interaction was atrocious and honestly if you don?t enjoy your job or working with people for that matter, then might I suggest you don?t? to save the rest of us having our day tarnished by your negativity.

Don?t normally leave reviews and can understand people have off days, but has happened on several occasions. We occasionally send parcels via here and one of the staff is incredibly rude each time. It seems almost exaggerated like a bad comedy sketch. I gather from other reviews it?s specifically related to parcel drops. Other staff members have been polite and helpful. I would advise if shipping via fedex the machines frequently don?t seem to work and had to return 3 days in a row. If we are having to post by FedEx we found a better drop point

Wouldn?t shop there or send a parcel, the staff extremely unhelpful!! Also raised a complaint with Morisson?s directly as it?s their branch, change staff. The level of incompetence is beyond comprehension! I was racially profiled, I will not stand for racism.

i think it was sharon who served me, the most rude interaction i?ve had in a while, she didn?t speak a word to me and practically chucked the parcel thing at me! very disappointed. her pin said ?love to help? i think not!
