.went to get cress and pea shoots today for my daughter in maidenhead, M and S .could not find them .then a man on a ladder stacking food. Asked what I was looking for .. big smile found it straight away. Found out he was a manager from another member of staff. She said he was new to being a manager but was really a good manager.

I rang to ask whether there was parking for this store. Just told no, only to find there was West Street car park Just down the road. Would be useful to he told when i bothered to phone. Not everyone can carry shopping far. Bought a sandwich which was soggy when I ate it, only minutes later! No mention of any meal dealt on shelves? No signs saying where things are? Walked around store several times to find Marmalade! Out of date pudding on shelf by 2 days etc Just not great or as good as I had hoped for! Disappointing.

I came into M&S today and was greeted with smiles and felt very welcome, I was helped by Ava and Alison today they were both lovely and went above and beyond to make sure i felt comfortable and happy when in there shop. Very nice and really made my day :)

Today I visited Marks and Spencer?s Maidenhead, I wanted matching bra and panties, only one assistant on this part of the store, the assistant was helping lady in the fitting area, I waited several minutes just to ask question, the assistant was very helpful, but it seems that M & S separate bra?s and panties and put them each side of the department, making it hard to view matching sets. The selection they have now is minimal unless you want the same sets in different colours, this is not what customers want, how M & S think they will keep customers coming back is beyond me, the assistant was very good but she did advise me to go on line or visit a larger store. I find this impossible to do as parking in most towns is expensive and hard to find, as for shopping on line I a.so find this is impossible as like me most customers like to see what they re buying and having to order then send it all back. My time is precious so I will be shopping elsewhere in the future.
