Arrived Sat 23/3/24 to discover that my locking wheel nut removing thing was missing. Five staff helped search the car, but to no avail. I explained I had to leave at 9.30 to get to Birmingham. They made an urgent call to get someone to come and remove the locking wheel nuts. The entire team worked together so that as one wheel nut was removed, the tyres were replaced. We left 5 mins ahead of schedule. Unbelievably brilliant service. Any management reading this should know that the excellent team bring customers back.

I have to edit my review. It's time to change the tyre again and I disovered that the guy who did the tyre at Maidenhead Tyres snapped the TPMS screw, instead of telling me they wrapped the TPMS with a plastic bag inside the tyre and clip it between the rim and the rubber... what a delayed presentOriginal post:"Thanks to Paul and team for help me with my motorcycle front tyre. Visited a couple of weeks ago for two new front tyres. They quoted a price, a little more than others, but I told them to go ahead,Sat in the quite large waiting room with several other customers.Very soon I was called in to the fitting area. I was expecting this!The fitting guy duly said that my tracking was out and needed to be fixed. I said that I have been driving for 60 years in 20+ cars and have never had this done! He had no answer to this!Back in the waiting room other customers were being called in to the workshop and no doubt being told the same thing.I collected the car and straight away a tyre warning message came up.Eventually, after much trying to re-set the system, it would not re-set. I checked the pressure on the new tyres. Both were seriously under-inflated and were completely different pressures!99% of cars have the recommended tyre pressure on a sticker on the door pillar.I notice that this company is not on Trust Pilot, I now know why!

Puncture was found and fixed within 20 minutes when calling on the same day.Also the nicest waiting room ever for a tyre fitting centre that I've ever been in. Nice seating, coffee machine and very very clean!

In the interest of being completly fair. 'Terry' the manager called me within 30 mins of me posting this negative review to apologise and ask what he could do to make things right. You can't ask fairer than that. Appreciated that call and genuine concern that my experience hadn't been great. We all have bad days.Have been using these guys for years. Always been happy until today. They have introduced an appointment system since I last went. Arrived 10 mins late....weather and half term traffic. I figured I may have lost my slot and would have to wait in line like the old days. No such luck, was told I had to rebook come back! You serious? And you call yourself a family owned business. The young receptionist really wasn't going to offer any sort of understanding or compromise. rules are rules. Did I want to rebook? No thanks.

First time visiting this tyre place. I asked for two replacement front tyres. Everyone was very professional throughout however they fit one incorrectly sized tyre and due to having a MOT booked the next day this was very inconvenient.They refunded the price of the tyre and were very professional and understanding but ultimately this was a cost to my time.

Had a buckled wheel from a pothole. Called Maidenhead Tyres and Autocare who were able to book me in straight away. All fixed within the hour, exceptionally speedy professional service, would use them again

When everyone said ?no can?t see you for 3 days? Maidenhead tyres saw me and fixed a puncture & found a fault with another tyre within 2 hours of my call - they were busy but great service and highly recommended. They gave me options all the way but as tyres are your only contact with the road it wasn?t worth cutting corners - my words not theirs. I had to travel 20 miles but would do it again for the service. Parking is hideous though!

I have changed my tires for brand new all 4 and I booked 4 wheel alignment in this garage because I know my wheels alignment was out. Before alignment car was pulling slightly to the left and after alignment it was same no difference, from the print out of my wheel alignment I can see both front wheels was toe out after adjustment they both in spec but near side tire now have to be replaced because off wear from inside the tire.(18,000 miles/2 years)Ware off inside tyre is result off wheel toe out and my front wheels were toe before alignment.the conclusions do not need to be explained, nothing was done to my car, they just took the money. I can't trust them again, even though the garage looks really good?Thanks to ?Maidenhead Tyres and AUTOCARE? for the JOB. 0 stars are not available so have one for incoming Christmas ?

Sitting currently at Maidenhead Tyres who I have been regularly using for many years. I always find that they give you the best prices straight away without the need for haggling. The quality of workmanship is excellent and the staff are always extremely polite and ready to answer any questions one may have. Even if I have found tyres cheaper elsewhere for £20 or £30 cheaper, I would still come to Maidenhead Tyres - because of the benchmark and reputation, they have set for many years. Well done to Terry and the team. ??

2023 edit..I've been bringing my car to Terry and his team for about 8 years now and every visit I have to say its always a 5 ? from booking in to the work.Their highly skilled team explain everything to you also if they've identified anything else and work with you all the way.Trust is really important and I trust these guys completely. Stock is well priced and high quality.The waiting room is spacious and very clean - you're never waiting longer than promised. What a great team!~~~~~~~~~~~~2018These guys are amazing. so glad my friends recommended them, friendly honest and professional. There's free coffee papers WiFi air con lots of seating. I can see why they're so popular!
