I have always found the staff very helpful and friendly, I never seem to have to wait long when I need to speak to a cashier. I have noticed on several occasions staff helping older customers with their banking problems, nice to see in this day and age!!

I can honestly say the staff are slow, unhelpful and apparently the only ones that have important work to do, over an hour and 2 different tills to change a standing order, no apology, just "I'm trying to help" actually "you are just doing your job!!" Can honestly say when this branch is gone, not sure what jobs these ladies will be suitable for

I've recently relocated to Maidenhead and the Lloyds branch in town became my local branch. I've used the counter services a few times now and everyone has been helpful and friendly. It's refreshing to have great customer service in a bank these days.

I came in a couple days ago and my money was stuck in the deposit machine, resulting in me losing £50.However Matthew (lovely chap) had made sure he checked the machine when they were shut, and he contacted me the following day to confirm my £50 was indeed there and it was sent to my account.I just wanted to thank Matthew for his attentiveness and patience, as an anxious person myself it made the situation more reassuring.

Lack of staff. Waited too long to depositWhen I asked why no staff the female Assistant at the front told me to use self service machine. I replied that I didn?t have my card.Her reply amazed me! She said that?s not our fault then!I didn?t think this was professionalAnd it later transpired the self service machine was out of order!On a positive the lady who did serve me was super polite and kind.
