Received letter from Mazda regarding safety recall. Called Littlewick Green and was able to book appointment for 8 days time. Day of visit was efficient and painless. Steven had all peperwork ready. Everyone was friendly and the recall was completed and car washed in less than 2 hrs! Thank you all.

Easy to book online. Requested a courtesy car. Received an email to say not available for date booked.. Emailed back to ask if car could be serviced whilst I waited. Lisa arranged this for me. Arrived at 9.45 and left by 11.15. Amazing! And Lisa arranged for me to work from a desk in the waiting area with access to Wi-Fi. I could even have had a coffee whilst I worked. To summarise, prompt, helpful service; nothing too much trouble. Thank you all.

The worst customer service in UK. I have been servicing here from 2019 as I have Mitsubishi PHEV which I can't take to any other garage. The first time video was provided of servicing and then no videos. I have issues with 12 battery as it goes flat but the service always fail to check even after me requesting many times. I took once to Halford and they check and said my existing battery was good and refunded the full amount of the yuasa battery I bought which was less than £200 with fitting in Jan 2022. In 12-Dec-2023, I ordered mitshibishi 12v battery and Littlewick said it was £755.50. I though the price difference is because of it may be mitsubishi brand and paid the amount. But later trying to find in google I could not see Mitsubishi brand. So called Littlewick green and got to know it was the same yuasa brand. Littlewick did not tell me it would be Yuasa battery. The price of Yuasa HJ-S46B24L(s) AGM Battery is £202.20 in YMF Car parts and GSF. So I request cancellation. When I requested to cancel the order on 20-Dec-2023 Borys Sawicki first said to deal with Mitsubishi directly, later he said it has been more than 45 days so he can't refund but then at last he wanted to deduct 25% of amount as part of refund. But the order was done only on 12-dec so I can?t understand why he claimed to be 45 days. Also, Borys made me to call Mitsubishi for no reason. The battery is still with Littlewick green. The issue is still going on but littlewick has responded to my official complaint that they are going to refund after deducting the handling charges even though I have not agreed for partial refund. If Halford can give full refund why can't Littlewick green ?
