Case damaged at Gatwick. K2Global work on behalf of BA. Can't just sort a new case out. Need to box the old.one and get it collected for further inspection. Obviously do these things so you drop the claim. By the time it's collected ,inspected and.maybe repaired it will have gone past the cost of a replacement
