“Previous visits were ok, but lacking in customer service that was notable. However this particular visit the colleague who served me( male) went over and beyond. Apparently there is a reward scheme running at Ryman and has been for sometime, I knew nothing of this and certainly it had never been explained on previous visits. He was friendly, welcoming and at the sametime not pushy or in your face. Ryman you need more colleagues like him !!”

“Arranged a replacement wiper blade online, very easy to use website and booked in for an appointment a couple of hours hence.
Turned up at appointed time, was directed straight into the fitting bay, and the friendly and efficient staff meant it was all fitted and I could drive away less than 5 minutes later! All so easy, very impressive.”

“What a professional and polite company. We had a new gas fire installed today and I can’t fault the workmanship and the three fitters went above and beyond to keep my home clean and tidy as well as making a first class job of installing the fire I would highly recommend maidenhead fire and stove .”
