Helping Hands have delivered the most impressive 180 in October 2022 since a certain British political leader reversed a disastrous economic plan! Fortunately for my family and to Helping Hands credit this was all in their favour and to our family's benefit! After an initial administrative mistake, Helping Hands contacted me, owned the issue, apologised and reassured me that they would get to the bottom of things in order to deliver the services for which they are so well respected.A few days later, and due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, I had cause to request an urgent care package of them. Helping Hands delivered! My family will be forever grateful for the speed, diligence, professionalism and humanity with which Helping Hands accepted our request within the day and coordinated additional cover to begin the very next day! Kudos and much respect to the Helping Hands team, and of special note Paul, Vickie and Nyla.

The team at Helping Hands have gone above and beyond when co-ordinating my parents care.Dad is on his dementia journey and needs all sorts of personal care and mum needs help in looking after him to keep him at home. Mum has become friends with the three main key carers, who when not looking after dad, assist with housework, shopping and most importantly during this lockdown, have time to chat with her. When it comes to dad, his dignity is always their main concern when it comes to his personal care. Time is made to accompany him on walks and take him on short car journeys, as well as encouraging him to partake in activities, like board games, to stimulate. When dad has been in and out of hospital, Karen and the team have always accommodated the short notice in the care needed. This has been so important when he is due home from hospital. The team at Windsor & Maidenhead have made the last 10 months so much easier for the family. We know that both mum and dad are being cared for and that there is someone there when we cannot be.

After my brothers and I struggled to provide the level of care my mum needs, we sourced Helping Hands and have been super impressed from the outset. From our initial consultation through to the care starting, the company and all staff members have been amazing! They have met my mum?s, very specific, needs without a problem. We would highly recommend the services of Helping Hands for a respectful and personable approach. Many thanks
