Don't bother renting out your property with Hamptons. I've been trying to get hold of the letting department for days, trying to inquire about potential places to rent. Not only do they not answer the phone, they ignore you and don't get back to your messages either. Please pick any other estate agency if you're really serious about letting out your property.

I can?t thank Laura, Oliver and Debbie enough for their highly professional and proactive service in selling my property. From start to finish the service has been smooth and painless. Their advice and recommendations for supporting services was also fantastic. I would recommend using Hamptons Maidenhead very highly.

Worst agency and service as they did not reply to our emails or calls whenever we had tried to contact them. And they did not release our deposit even after vacating the property till 6 months. We had to contact TDS people and they tried to contact them and they did not replied and finally TDS had to Release our deposit after 6 months.. I wouldn?t give any stars or recommendations for this agency. And yes if your property manager is SALLY CAMPBELL then be careful as she will not reply to any of your emails after you rent the property and vacate the property.

We got to Hamptons through Accord Lettings, when we were looking for a apartment in Birmingham City Centre. When doing the paper work and process a lady named Sally did it quite quick like within a few days. But once everything was done. They were ever least bothered to ever respond to mails or any maintenance issues. They would take forever which was quite annoying and disappointing. When we ended the tenancy they wanted to deduct money from our deposit for no valid reason and a dispute was raised no response since then. And then we took action with the TDS and finally got our whole deposit back after 5months of vacating the place, which was quite ridiculous. They do not provide professional service at all. Act all nice during the start of tenancy and later it is disaster. Would not at all recommend Hamptons. When we used to call Sally on office number no response has ever been given nor replies to our emails.Worse and ridiculous. Wish there was a zero star rating.

Laura & her team have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish in the sale of our house. Oliver led the sale for us, and made a huge impact, we can't thank you enough. The Hamptons team gave us great guidance & advice and we would highly recommend.

I?ve just purchased a property in Maidenhead and it was in chain. The staff, Oliver, at Hamptons is very supportive. Oliver kept communicating with us and helped answering all the questions in between the purchase processes. I would highly recommend Hamptons because of their good services provided.

Pretty poor experience all round. Was asked to pay for photos of the home as they had to do it a second time and was told it?s ?only £150?. I?ve been trying to take it off the market for past 10 days and contacted Laura a number of times and have just been ignored. Far better agents out there!

I found the service from Hamptons very efficient, and reassuring, as a landlord would want. Harjeet is always very considererate and acts quickly when help is needed. 5 stars well deserved!!

We recently used Hamptons Maidenhead to sell our home and purchase our new home. The team were great and we are extremely grateful for how they helped us in managing a long and tricky chain. The Team were professional and efficient throughout the process, with a special mention to Debbie and also Karl, who tirelessly chased the chain, keeping us updated throughout, to ensure deadlines were hit so we could get everything over the line. Highly recommend and would definitely use Hamptons again next time!

We received excellent service from Hamptons Maidenhead on the purchase of our new home. Our house purchase was in a chain, but Debbie and Karl from Hamptons kept us informed of all proceedings and influenced the parties/solicitors in the chain when needed. Hamptons Maidenhead have ruined the chance for me and my family to own what could have been our dream home. Without a doubt the worse estate agency I've had the displeasure of dealing with.- Actively tried to put us off seeing the desired property- Took several phone calls for us to even get viewing- Lead salesperson Laura Collins is unreachable. Despite multiple requests to speak to her to gain a better understanding of the vendors current situation- Promised follow-up phone calls on several occasions that never materialise- Mixed messages, told our bid for house was unsuccessful and that the vendors were taking the property off the market. 4 weeks later the property is still being advertised. We are then advised our offer needs to be increased. Which one is it?

I had my 5 bed house rented through Hamptons Maidenhead for the last 8 years while I was overseas on a contract. Judy Palethorpe was just fantastic looking after the rental contracts and any issues that came up with the tenants - Judy's service is `Highly Recomended' I find with Estate Agents its all about good Service Orientated people - Ask for Judy you won't be disappointed.
