Arranged a replacement wiper blade online, very easy to use website and booked in for an appointment a couple of hours hence.
Turned up at appointed time, was directed straight into the fitting bay, and the friendly and efficient staff meant it was all fitted and I could drive away less than 5 minutes later! All so easy, very impressive.

Friendly gentleman upstairs, I think his name was Cameron, went above and beyond. After answering all my questions he was kind enough to take me to a product I could not locate downstairs. This place could not hire more enthusiastic and helpful staff. I will be coming back.
