I took for service my engagement ring and was assisted by Becky, very helpful and professional. The service to my ring was on the top, I had the feeling like it was a brand new one. Recommend the store in Maidenhead, professional, helpful and very friendly.

We were in the area and decided to look at wedding rings in the Maidenhead branch and the service we received was amazing! We were served by Becky, who was very friendly and helpful, she showed us plenty of options and provided her expert advice especially on ring sizing and different ring styles. Becky's friendliness was the reason why we brought that day and in future will be returning to the Maidenhead branch! Thank you so much, we had such a lovely experience!

I went in to the store today looking for gift for my mum I was greated by becky she was amazing really mad me feel welcome to the store her customer service was amazing and is a credit to your company she asked me lots question to find out about my mum and what she liked, becky made it easy for me to find the perfect gift for my mum, the store looks amazing and all the staff there are amazing and friendly thank you for your help today and I will definitely be back
