I went to this Greggs to get a vegan sausage roll. It was cold and so I went to tell the member of staff. She advised they did not have a heated storage so customers knew it would be cold and it was not sold as being hot. Never heard of this before- I advise against going to this Greggs in the future.

I wanted to recognise a great team member being Anchal.
I came on Friday 4th Oct and she had just finished her shift around 3pm. But she still went out of her way to make me a fresh tandoori baguette. This is what I call going over and beyond.
Huge thank you and Greggs are very lucky to have an employee like Anchal.

I asked for a chicken bake. It was room temperature. I asked to have it heated but the response was ?Madam, we are not allowed to head up food?. Well, shouls have got something off the shelf in the main shop - would have been as cold but about half the price. What is the point of going to Greggs if the pies are cold anyway?

Food was cold and congealed, prices are higher than a high street Greggs. Need I say more? Wish I hadn't wasted my money.

The staff people skills and communication should be better, sometimes struggle to understand you. Acceptable to grab a coffee or a roll with petrol but usually its a struggle coming
