Nightmare company to deal with treat there staff badly and has a new manager every 6 months parts always wrong deliveries late and have no respect for customers no disabled access or facilities my advice is to shop elswere less hassle and you walk away with the right part use at you peril

Absolutely useless. The amount of times they have given me the wrong parts or left me standing in the shop ringing the bell whilst the staff chat away out back is absurd. Like the Fawlty Towers of car parts sales.

When my van stops working, my business stops. Got home last night and discovered my ignition coil needed replacing urgently. Picked up the part by 8.30am and by 9.10am my van was starting up again. Thank you very much.

Awful customer service, this should be the screwfix for car parts. Turned up once to collect, queue of two people, one serving, gave up after twenty minutes. Currently waiting for order for ten minutes, no service, rung Bell five times. Doesn't help that I can hear three people in the office behind the counter gas bagging instead of working.
