Quick and efficient service

So basically i went there 3 times in last three weeks and i used the same pump which wasn't working properly and went inside told the lady on till and she kept giving me the same excuse but they didn't bother to fix it and on top of that their customer service is very very bad, indian lady on tills seems in a very bad mode every time, no hello hi, no eye contact and don't even ask about receipt and nectar card, feels like someone forced her to come at work..Esso needs to improve these things

Lady at counter on her phone and did not even look up, I said good day and pump number with no response. Did not even give amount tendered. Nobody else in shop at all.

Petrol station. Had a toilet and interesting local wildlife. They were debating if thier car was diesel or petrol. Had me laughing all the way to the M25.
