Normally staff do not look to pleased to see a customer but she greeted with a smile & although one particular item was not available she pointed me to the right direction. Very happy with the good service she provided and some other staff can learn from her customer service & general helpful, cheerful attitude and take interest in her job and products being sold. Asked what I was looking for .. big smile found it straight away. Found out he was a manager from another member of staff. She said he was new to being a manager but was really a good manager.
