Amazing service today when I turned up with minor condition was able to be given appropriate nasal spray from prescription without having to visit GP .Wow how good is that and thanks :)

I've been coming to the pharmacy for many years receiving polite and knowledgeable support from staff but unfortunately this afternoon's reception has left me utterly speechless. Upon renewing a prescription for migraine relief with my GP and having the prescription automatically go to the pharmacy, I came along to see if I could collect the prescription then and there due to my current migraine attack. I was met with a bombardment of protocol dialogue that got louder and more derogatory. One older member of staff refused to listen to my "please stop" and continued, defending herself against other colleagues who were telling her to stop, stating, "I don't think [name] understands fully". I have never known such a ridiculous and uncalled for amount of fuss over getting a prescription. If this is the front they now set for someone asking for their prescription, let us hope it isn't for anxiety - let alone a migraine attack. I hope to see an improvement of service, especially regarding the behaviour and sensitivity towards customer conditions. This seemed to be significantly lacking here.
