Staff are lovely but there is no sense of urgency. Always a que. Have been i there for 25 mins today! definitely need more experienced staff

Amazing service today when I turned up with minor condition was able to be given appropriate nasal spray from prescription without having to visit GP .Wow how good is that and thanks :)
