There were flies on the food and it didn?t taste well, got the order wrong and didn?t bother apologising just threw the drink at me. Overall not a bad place but sometimes the staff are awful. Big up my g, keep it stepping.

Always so slow - regularly queue for over 15 minutes. They need more staff - especially when they have new people on shift

I don't like the new decor in this costa, it feels cheap and obviously designed to be easy to clean yet it's lost its appeal to me somehow. Queues were 12 deep mid morning, the barista on the drinks dispensing machine was cranky and scowling as I heard her tell her colleagues she had been on it for 6 hours. The rest of the staff were pleasant trying to deal with the long queues snaking around the shop. It was crowded, new decor meant more chairs and tables so over crowded. I know it's all about making max money but I won't be returning as I see going to a coffee shop alone or with family and paying for premium drinks as a treat away from home which I want to be calm and allow me to have time out. It felt like a creche on Saturday. My children are grown up now, so I do understand families with young children and dogs also need a space to relax. I will try the other independent coffee shops nearby in future.

It is very frustrating that whenever you want to have some oat milk they are always running out.

Avoid if you are an oat-milk lover.

Quick and pleasant service. It?s a shame you have to walk through a cloud of smokers smoke when entering. Took my 2 year old son here on a sunny morning but couldn?t sit outside due to all the smokers at the tables. Either make a designated smoking spot out the way or don?t allow smoking at all. Not fair on those of us that don?t smoke.Kid-friendliness: Avoid unless you want your kids inhaling second hand smoke
