Rotten atmosphere, they charge a lot for their food/beverages and also for the table service and shout your order not knowing where you?re sat, instead of bringing the order to you. No customers interaction or communication, truly awful experience. First and last time visiting

Where is the music! I've been in many Costa Coffee before, and I was disappointed here. No atmosphere at all. I could hear the employees' conversations as the place was almost empty and there was not usual background music that would make a more nice atmosphere. The coffee was still good as usual.

Lovely staff but unfortunately I?ve been noticing many costas at the minute have the same issue, they don?t cover the food meaning flies are crawling all over pastries and cakes.

Jayden, one of the baristas, was beyond amazing. His service is by far exceeding any other costas I have been to. Really changed my opinion on Costa due to his excellent behaviour.

Costa?s are all the same in terms of how the coffee tastes and this one is no different. The reason I?m leaving a review is because this is the 3rd time I?ve been on this branch and been treated disrespectfully from the same member of stuff who probably doesn?t really want to work there but they shouldn?t take it out on paying customers.

The barristas are friendly and pleasant..
Unfortunately the tuna melt toast has a terrible taste, and is very overpriced for that low level.

Went to get coffee today at 16:45 shop closes at 17:00 as stated on their own Easter opening hours on the door and they said they wouldn't serve.

Some staffs are friendly but others are not? today the female staffs did not ask me the size of coffee/if I would like chocolate for my cappuccino. Maybe because I?m an East Asian or they were too busy for cleaning but it made me sad ?
