The Costa in the Odeon is an oasis of calm compared to the one in the High Street and the staff always give you a friendly welcome.You can collect loyalty points here but, as yet, you are unable to spend them.Additional seating available on the first floor if you want somewhere a bit brighter to sip your latte

They speak they own language at all the time, never smile, not any kind of acknowledgement entering the shop and no answering to my "goodbye" leaving the place. Staff looks miserable and they've got not clue of customer service. Disgraceful

Great, except they started cleardown 45 mins before close, which makes it awkward to sit there and try to finish your coffee around a bunch of chair on tables

I am not one for writing reviews but here we go and can I suggest updating your opening times across your websites. It seems very hit and miss as to whether you will find this store open after 5pm having visited on many separate occasions in the last few months on my way home. Staff are never very engaged or particularly interested in you as a customer often ignoring you completely when you walk in and disappearing only to return some time later to tell you they are no longer serving. The coffee is often cold and rarely served with a smile. If it?s a coffee you?re after and you enjoy Costa walk an extra 5 minutes to the high street where you will be served by some of the friendliest baristas you will have the pleasure of meeting and you certainly won?t be disappointed in the coffee.

Toastie fell apart!! I spent £3.50 just to have to eat cheese on bread. Could?ve done it myself at home for mere pennies!!

The staff are always smiling and happy. Place is clean. The coffee is always so good and that's something as I have never been much of a coffee drinker. Every time I have been the bathrooms have been clean which isn't the same at other places. The seating is pleasant , not cramped and most the chairs are comfy.

Spacious cafe in Maidenhead King Street. Food options available, both hot and cold. Chai latte is always a favourite among our friends. The carrot and walnut cake was too delicious ?
