Had the kids back 2 school fitting service done today. Normally I dread it. Both my children are SEN and the thought of having measurements taken normally sends them into a tail spin. Then factor into it that they?ll be getting new shoes. It?s enough to make you never want to enter the shop with them. The service today though was incredible! I left with two happy children and four new pairs of shoes! Sean was amazing with them. Kind, Patient, and took his time to listen to what they wanted. I really can?t praise this place enough. Management are definitely doing something right here because we?ve never had this outcome with any other Clarks shop.

Such great service in Maidenhead today from both the gentleman. Was a pleasant experience, both were very helpful and friendly and placed my order for me which I didn?t know was a service offered in store.

Very poor customer service, the lady seller was saying you can?t come in to the shop couple of times as I was talking on the phone and I was trying not annoying inside. Very disrespectful. She was saying :
Every 2 person who are coming to the shop we need to sell to that person . Something nonsense. Anyway I will complain officially.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Ellie from the maidenhead branch for Clark?s today she measured my sons feet and he is Autistic so things like that are hard for him, she was kind, gentle, and patience. Give this girl a pay rise. Such a lovely experience thanks so much Ellie. X

A proper shoe shop with great shoes and an outstanding service in the centre of Maidenhead. They were great checking the best shoes for my daughter. And she loves them! Highly recommended.
