The customer service from this team has been 10/10 and never let down on the coffee. I would recommend this coffee shop over any other in Maidenhead.

Toilet out of action last week and still unavailable this week! There are no public toilets in the shopping mall anymore so this coffee shop should not be open with no facilities available.

Ridiculous, the opening time is 7:00 AM.
Been there at 7:00 the door was shut and the girl which supposed to open the shop even she did not look at me.
She was preparing the coffee machine and arranging the things at the counter.
I mean that is not Proffesional at all.
At 7:00 Am you should start serving the customers and not preparing your equipment.

I treated a client and myself to a hot chocolate. It was in a very small cup and was very expensive. The hot chocolate was quite cold and managed to drink it within 5 minutes. I had planned to kill some time in there whilst we waited for something in CEX to be completed. Alas, we were done far to quickly.
