“Bought a phone holder from Amazon, was working good except for the sticking to the windscreen ?. So bought a Streetwise phone holder from Euro Car Parts, Maidenhead. The holder sticks to the windscreen very nicely but unfortunately in a months time, the swivel ball snapped in two. Went and showed the online purchase email receipt and the product was replaced! Sam and the manager are excellent! 5 stars for them ??? but zero for the product.**Update 23Jun2023: The replacement product also broke. Didn't bother to take it back to them. Belkin( £20) was suggested by Sam, bought Beikell product on Amazon for 7.99.Thank you Euro Car Parts for exemplary service!! I guess you will have to source out a better product, rather a long lasting one?. Will upload photos of other broken one too.”
