The staff radiate warmth and friendliness, always eager to assist. If you can?t find something, don?t hesitate to ask?they will gladly help you search. With amazing bargains and incredibly reasonable prices, this shop transforms every visit into a delightful experience. It?s a place that inspires a longing to return time and again. I travel up from London with a family member to visit my sister who lives nearby. A great shop, always worth a visit.

Nice little shop but be warned you can?t do returns (and no changing rooms) - I was told you could but when I went back a few days later with a receipt and tags still on the clothes and they couldn?t do one :( I was offered to look around for something else but that?s no good if you can?t find something else right there of the same value that you actually want or fit in

Huge range of items, very friendly staff and (unlike so many other such places) easy to deal with and grateful for donated items.

What a lovely shop the staff and volunteers are always happy and have a smile on their face.Lot of items to choose from including really beautiful and cheep furniture. The manager was very polite and respectful with us when we couldn't decide, he just left us to think about it and gave us some options and opinions on idea of what could and might work.We also get some kitchen were.We be going back to buy lots more stuff.

Very helpful manager. This shop is great and worth a good rummage. Happy to take most donations nothing like Shifford Crescent shop. Totally recommend this shop.
