I have been seeing Sam regularly over the last 2 years and have always found her to be friendly, caring, helpful and very knowledgeable in helping to support me on my healthy lifestyle journey.Sam recommends healthy food swaps, recipe ideas, reading material and supplements to help her clients lose weight, live healthier lifestyles and works with them to give clients the knowledge to fly solo.I have just completed a 2 week glucose level test which Sam recommended, analysed and explained the results data to me. This has helped greatly for me to understand how different foods affect my sugar and hunger levels, in particular which foods work best for MY body. I'd been through a pretty challenging 5 years before I reached out to Sam for help with my IBS symptoms. And I was in bad shape when we first met. My digestion was all over the place and I had fatigue too. Sam diagnosed this issue straight way and advised on the best dietary changes with supplements. Within a couple of weeks I saw a tangible improvement and now 9 months later I'm in a great place. I'm so greatful I sent that initial email to Sam and for the hard work and expertise she's given me since! Having a number of complex immune system disorders I reached out to Sam hoping she could help to reduce immflamation and help me to lead a more stable life with less regular flares. Sam took the time to understand my needs and despite the complexity, due to her knowledge and passion for helping others she came up with a plan which has resulted in a marked change in my conditions- I have been able to reintroduce foods I did not think I would eat again and my flare ups have lessened substantially. Initially I went to Sam for help identifying the root cause of various digestive issues I was suffering with. Sam was really lovely and put me at ease. She identified the root causes and helped me manage how to deal with the changes I needed to make. I?ve then continued working with Sam to identify and implement changes required to achieve a healthy diet and lifestyle. I asked for Sam's help back in April, my main goal was to lose weight, but get a healthier diet during the process.Once I got into the swing of completing my weekly food diaries, Sam was able to work with me to identify the changes I needed to make.Within a month I had lost 8kgs, then a further 6kgs in month 2 and I am understandably delighted with the results.Sam has taught me so much about nutrition and has enabled to me to maintain a healthy diet that works for me and my family that I can stick to now, without her regular input. That said, she is always available for any questions or queries that I have.Sam is absolutely superb, I am so glad I got in touch with her!

Would highly recommend !I went to Sam to kickstart my wellness journey. She has helped me so much to understand the root of each thing I needed advice for and is totally non- judgemental and friendly. A lot of the imbalances I was facing came from stress and also tiredness through not listening to my body enough, she supported me in understanding how to calm that, through all areas, diet, meditation, gentle exercise. I definitely learnt how to navigate all of this with Sam !

Sam is awesome. She combines a deep nutritional knowledge with her amazing perception and passion for the whole subject. She lives and breathes nutrition but tailors everything to you as an individual. She manages to put you at ease, root out the real issues around your eating (including all the emotional baggage!) and allows you to find the path that is right for you. I can thoroughly recommend her. I allowed myself to suffer for many years before seeking help. You don't have to suffer!

Sam has proved that you can change your life for the better at any age. Having come to her with a full package of problems with my day-to-day life she has patiently gone through my personal habits and has put me right. As a long term sufferer of the debilitating silent illness ME, I turned to Sam for direction and advice. In the 4 months that I have been gluten and dairy free and advised to take certain supplements, My body has slowly started to gain a little energy. This compares to no positive change in the 10 years that I have been under the auspice of the NHS. A sincere thank you Sam for suggesting a new food routine which I have implemented in full.
