Wrong size orded, everything shredded as it all has been crammed into a broken box. Manager not interested only ever checking the service stats screen

Traveled from Canada to see family, and this service stop was my worst experience by far.
Rude employees/manager behind the counter.
Took a minute to decide on what my family wanted, and when we were ready, no one was around. I had to yell to the back to get someone's attention and was ignored more.
By the looks of other reviews, I'm not too far of with this review.

Dangerously bad level of chicken served? couldn?t quite believe it- so me and my friend just binned it and went across to spend money at the chopstix instead. Really bad service after I had issues at the kiosks. I like KFC but this is definitely NOT one i?d recommend to anyone, and will not be returning to. That?s £13 I will not be getting back.

Just tried to get served here & the rude girl behind the counter refused to serve me & told me to use the self serve kiosk.... I wasn't about to explain why I couldn't so just left & went to Burger King next door who served me no trouble.

Stopped by after long journey. Told the store was closed at 9:15PM, opening hours says till 10PM.

The oil on the original chicken was old and smelled of fish. The gravy was disgusting. The wrap tasted stale and there was no sparkling water in stock.
