My wife, myself and the dog stayed for a night. The room was clean, and the bed very comfy. Zoe and all the staff on that evening were friendly, fun and really made us feel welcome. I would definitely stay again.

Third Coaching Inn hotel I've stayed at and it didn't have the character that some of the others have. Rooms were clean, had an evening meal which was okay, lacked flavour - menu sounded great but just didn't deliver. New staff, in training, got orders wrong but didn't matter as the manager that evening sorted things out and gave us complimentary items. Breakfast was better, but better quality sausages at other coaching Inn hotels. Saving grace of this place are the staff who are magnificent and so accommodating.

The Three Swans is a lovely place to explore the surrounding area. Hungerford is a lovely place itself and you are about as centrally located as it's possible to be.

Cons: (mainly due to age of the building)
- Room is quite small.
- No Aircon and only a very loud fan
- Water pressure of the shower is not great either.
- many many fire doors (5 doors within very short distance to get to our room)
Pros: (inexperienced staff resulting in inconsistent service level)
- staff who booked room was thoughtful and arranged a cotbed for our two year old. But when we called the night before to confirm, reception told us there was no cotbed in the hotel...so we brought our travel cot after all...
- service was good in general but could be slow at times

Came in on the off chance for lunch after visiting the antiques shops. Surprised and delighted with menu choices. Quality dishes and great service in relaxing surroundings. Great experience and will certainly recommend. Hope to return before too long!

We visited today for food, and we really enjoyed our visit, lovely inviting exterior and inside is very nice, it looks well looked after and upmarket, we thought the prices would be astronomical but after looking at the menu we were pleasantly surprised.
We chose the full English breakfast and it was £12.95, the whole plate was delicious.
The staff were very busy but it didn?t take long to arrive.
We sat outside in the sunshine and watched the world go by.
The high street has lots to see and do and we really enjoyed our day in Hungerford.

Went for afternoon tea which had to be booked 2 days in advance. The sandwiches were stale or wet from sitting overfilled with chutney. The clotted cream was at room temperature and the replacement was frozen.
The service was not great, staff seemed not to be interested/ had no customer service experience. I had to ask for cutlery, drinks, condiments etc. I was never offered anything.
I have visited before and been very happy with the food and service.
Ruined what we had hoped was going to be a lovely experience, afternoon tea on warm spring day.

Just had breakfast. Only one member of staff on shift and one in the kitchen. Food was lovely and tracy did a really good job handling everything on her own as front of house.

We went for a meal and James was the only chef there due to staff sickness. It was very busy. The food was outstanding, James food was amazing thought he was the head chef but after talk to the bar staff found out he wasnt very suprised to hear that the best meal we ever had in the three swans. The serivce was wonderful. Cant wait to eat more of Jame's food.

The staff here are top notch. Ivan and James went above and beyond with excellent customer service during our stay. The food is delicious!
