The teller Jacky is extremely rude and a horrible human being. Avoid her at all cost. I will rather go through self checkout with a full trolly than go to her with a empty till.

Great place to shop. They always have what I want. Quick and easy to shop at. Free cash machine. Parking is good although pick your time as it?s frequently full at busy times.

Charged twice for an item at the checkout. Tried calling the store in Hungerford, no number to take me there on their choices ! So no way of telling them of the error ?

Decent amount of disabled parking, but its a superstore not a Tesco Extra, so you pay more! Newbury 10 miles away has a better choice and is less likely to run out of what you need.

No one wants to pay for staff anymore. Super busy, hardly any checkouts open and frequently out of stock. It's a small store with a very strange choice of products to prioritize. 4 pack of drink missing 1 bottle reduced from £4.50 to £4. Shows the lack of respect they have for their customers. The staff they do have, however, are great. Car park is a mess. Non-clubcard prices are very high.

While in Tescos I had to change my babies nappy as he soiled and leaked through, to find there were no changing facilities in the toilets so had to change my baby on the toilet floor which a parent should never have to do. It doesn?t cost a lot to buy a baby changing table. But the staff were helpful so I?m rating it a two only on this basis.

Clean, easy parking, wide aisles, plenty of tills. Right in centre of town long opening hours.
