I ordered a coffee here and was given a drink of the wrong size. I was then given the drink of the right size but there was no apology. It felt like I was being annoying, not the best service

Always friendly and cheerful staff which is the highlight of this particular Costa.
The food is ok; you don't exactly expect a gourmet meal in Costa and my judgement is based on a one off purchase of a cheese and ham toasty as I was hungry while waiting to view a flat.
The atmosphere isn't up to much - just a chain cafe on the high street, nothing remarkable.

A nice place to call in for lunch. It has been a while since I ate at a Costa and found it a little expensive. Nice clean place with friendly staff, though one server was busy on her phone.

Costas are pretty much consistent throughout the UK, with IMHO the best coffee of all the franchises and reliably good food. This one in Hungerford is up with the best, friendly staff, good service, clean. Recommended. Parking available just down the road.

Two teams of two staff known serving since been here on a break holiday and they both seem to serve with good hard work and kindly patiently very well. Many thanks to them and they make some of the best of Costa cups of coffee too of the Costa brand type cuppas, here it seems.Very good Costa at Jan 2024, I think.Thank you to them and to Costa .The audio mix gets a bit trying at times one finds. Some of the less creative more repetitive zonk beat and zips zaps, ... and the music content a little limited to put it kindly. Trying to do heads in some of the 'artists' maybe! What are they getting their £millions for ? ?Rather depressing on the mind and giving a bad atmosphere at times, in this very good place. Could do without at least some of the audio mix one feels. In a cafe on the high street as Costa is so very good for many of us not a night club or music session venue .... Much appreciated . Thank you.

Always clean and tidy, staff very efficient and friendly. I go to a lot of coffee shops and this one is the best run and the staff seem invested in making it a great place.
